Pretoria, South Africa — 20 May 2025. FlowCentric hosted its Annual Partner Event today at the Waterkloof Country Club in Pretoria — an afternoon of insight, recognition, and relationship-building dedicated to the company’s valued partner network. The event brought together partners from across the FlowCentric ecosystem to share success stories, explore product advancements, and acknowledge exceptional contributions over the past year.

FlowCentric CEO Jacques Wessels opened the afternoon with a note of appreciation:“The growth, innovation, and resilience we’ve seen across our partner community is truly commendable. Thank you for your commitment to delivering excellence with us. We’re proud to walk this journey with each of you.”

The event served as both a forum for shared insight and a showcase for partnership excellence. Presentations from strategic partners illustrated how FlowCentric Processware and complementary technologies are driving real business outcomes in demanding environments.

Partner Presentations

The afternoon’s presentations reflected the diverse ways FlowCentric Processware and integrated technologies are delivering meaningful outcomes for clients — from mining operations in remote regions to enterprise-grade automation platforms.

  • Greg Sassen, Head of Business Development at VIZI, shared insights from their first successful FlowCentric Processware deployment. His presentation emphasised the tangible delivery benefits and strategic alignment gained through partnering with FlowCentric.
  • Mich Martins, CEO at MWare, highlighted two jointly developed white-labelled solutions that simplify business process automation. He provided insight into how co-creation with FlowCentric has accelerated MWare’s ability to deliver high-impact results for clients across industries. More on MWare’s solutions here.
  • Madelein Rabie, Product Manager at MineRP, explored the FlowCentric TOKN solution, specifically tailored for remote and offline use in mining environments — where unstable connectivity remains a constant operational hurdle.
  • Paul Maddison, Managing Director at RealSign, explored the seamless integration of RealSign with FlowCentric Processware. His talk covered how the combined offering enhances governance and delivers a smooth digital signature experience.
  • Alfred Pawson, CEO at DnA Digital Technologies, delivered a practical and candid talk on securing major business deals in today’s challenging market. He emphasised the importance of gaining a deep understanding of each customer’s Target Operating Model (TOM) — a blueprint for how an organisation should function to achieve its strategic goals. This insight, he explained, enables solution providers to design fit-for-purpose offerings that support clients well into the future. By combining this knowledge with FlowCentric-backed solutions, partners are well positioned to unlock opportunities at the enterprise level. FlowCentric Platform Update

Denis Bensch, CIO at FlowCentric, unveiled significant enhancements coming in FlowCentric Processware Version 6 — a modernised platform designed for both on-site and cloud-native environments.

Built on Blazor technology, Version 6 introduces a reimagined user experience with faster performance and a clean, intuitive interface. Key enhancements include:

  • Persistent personalisation, allowing user preferences and dashboard layouts to carry across devices
  • A redesigned authentication framework, supporting Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), standard forms, and SSO
  • An updated "Start a Process" structure that reduces initiation time to two clicks
  • Multiple dashboard widgets, including a Calendar view for deadline visibility and a Supervisor widget for team task management
  • Dual task views — Focused for high-volume users, and Information for detailed context

Bensch also previewed the new Administration Application, which replaces legacy desktop tools with a responsive web-based interface. Administrators can now:

  • View licence usage and expiry notifications through a Licence Widget
  • Manage user-role assignments with greater visibility
  • Access recent event logs and system activity for auditing
  • Monitor service statuses such as the Event Manager or escalation engines from a central dashboard

Further improvements include Organisational Unit filtering, multi-user bulk editing, and user creation templates that streamline setup and reduce human error — particularly beneficial for environments with long-standing processes.

Administrators will also be able to manage live processes, with capabilities to cancel or reassign tasks directly through the UI. All changes are logged to support compliance and governance requirements.

Together, these features support greater control, usability, and agility for large organisations operating in complex regulatory environments.
