FlowCentric Technologies develop and support the well-known business process management (BPM) software, FlowCentric Processware. The software is sold and implemented through channel partners across the world. The company hosted its top performing partners at the annual FlowCentric Global Partner Awards 2017-2018 in Groenkloof, Pretoria on 13 March 2018.

Partners leverage the power of the FlowCentric Processware BPM platform to help their customers embrace digitalisation, innovate easily, gain results quickly and run more efficiently. The annual awards are presented to the partners that provided the largest business growth for FlowCentric Technologies in the last financial year.

“Partners are critical to the success of FlowCentric Technologies and these awards are an acknowledgment of the excellent work and value that they deliver.” said Jacques Wessels, CEO, FlowCentric Technologies.

FlowCentric Partner of the Year 2017 was awarded to BCX for its impressive license sales over the last twelve months. The Partner of the Year award recognises an organisation that is committed to leveraging the power of the FlowCentric Processware BPM platform to deliver exceptional solutions to its customers.

The LARA Business Unit of BCX provides software development and implementation services into a specialised municipal environment. The LARA division has worked closely with the FlowCentric Processware product development team to ensure that its customers receive the greatest value from its technology solutions.

BCX won Newcomer of the Year in 2016, Jacques told attendees, stating that the progress of the company really encapsulates the spirt of the FlowCentric Technologies Partner Channel.

This year, the 2017 Best Newcomer of the Year Award went to implementation partner Acc Sourcing, for the superb work that the company is doing in the financial sector in Botswana.

Acc Sourcing decided to shift its offering from pure ERP implementation services to include the development of solutions that extend the life and capability of various ERP software. Acc Sourcing became a FlowCentric Technologies implementation partner in March 2017 and by December the company had certified its developers on FlowCentric Processware and started development on the BPM platform.

Jacques commended Motshubi Sebina, Obakeng Modiakgotla and the rest of the Acc Sourcing team for the dedication and enthusiasm that they have demonstrated in developing the partnership.

Most Innovative Partner of the Year 2017 went to One Channel for AcuFlow. The AcuFlow solution offers a seamless integration between Acumatica ERP and FlowCentric Processware. AcuFlow allows organisations to automate their complex workflows across different corporate entities, and existing installed applications, to extend the reach of Acumatica ERP.

One Channel featured AcuFlow at the Acumatica Summit held in Nashville, Tennessee earlier this year where the company scooped the International Partner of the Year Award 2017.

With the growing popularity of Acumatica, and the flexibility of the AcuFlow solution FlowCentric Technologies look forward to seeing more innovations from the One Channel team in the coming year.

In addition to AcuFlow, Jacques referenced several other solutions that ISV partners have developed such as Pro-G by Astraia Technology, Rokman by Ability Solutions and MineFroms by MineRP. He urged other partners to use FlowCentric Processware to innovate.

“Take our software, make it your own, and use the platform to drive innovation and digitisation.”

Jacques revealed key points from the product’s roadmap, including managed code and the cloud enablement strategy. He reminded partners of the updated Android and Apple apps that FlowCentric Technologies launched last year in support of customer’s mobile strategies, going on to mention several customers who have already embraced the technology.

Jacques concluded the event stating that FlowCentric Technologies is focused on building its partner channel in Africa over the next year and is actively looking to engage with African companies that understand the nuances and unique opportunities in their individual regions.

“We look forward to partnering with more organisations that exemplify the dedication, expertise and innovation on which our customers rely.”

The FlowCentric BPM software is priced in South African Rand, allowing partners in weak currency economies to purchase a world-class BPM solution at an affordable price.
